In the period from 20 October until the first week of December, you can participate in the olive harvest and assist the milling company, rediscovering the taste of the ancient traditions.
TYPE OF OLIVES: moraiolo, Leccino, Pendolino, Frantoio
CULTIVATION: 1 (intensive).
HARVEST: strictly from the plant begins in late October and ends by mid-December. The olives are picked by hand or with the help of rakes (blast) mechanical
STORAGE: open the doors for houses in plastic food for no more than 48 hours.

STORAGE: in stainless steel drums. The oil is not filtered but only decanted to separate it from the natural deposit that forms with time (usually in the spring)
BOTTLING: in dark glass bottles, directly from the farm.
You should consume 18 months after bottling and store in a cool dry place not directly exposed to light or heat sources.
Do not refrigerate.
Available bottles of various sizes (from 0.25 up to 5 lt lt) for shipments are only used for food cans 1-3-5litri
